Chair Professor Guang-Hao Chen (Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology) serves as the Founding Director of the CNERC of Heavy Metal Pollution.
Academic Management Committee
An academic management committee has been established to oversee all operations and progress related to the Hong Kong Branch of CNERC for Control and Treatment of Heavy Metal Pollution. The committee is comprised of eminent scientists from both academia and industry. The committee members meet regularly to review research goals, evaluate the feasibility and progress of research projects, share ideas, and provide recommendations based on current regional and global trends.
